The paper we use for our hand-embroidered cards is handmade from 100% cotton in a quiet, serene village in the countryside of Gujarat. The area is surrounded by lush greenery where winding paths lead you past beautiful wildflowers and native plants.

We use 270gsm paper, intentionally chosen for its textured feel and visual appeal when framed, with occasional glimpses of cotton pulp visible upon closer inspection.

Each sheet is manually cut using an age-old guillotine, adding to its unique charm.

In this small local factory, every step of the process - from growing and sourcing the cotton, to drying and dyeing it - is carefully carried out by a small team of artisans. The process is a true work of art.

Our 'Curl' range of ceramics is handcrafted in small batches by a talented artisan using a traditional kiln. As each piece is made by hand, we believe that their imperfections are part of their unique charm.

Our brand specialises in hand-embroidery, featuring a team of exceptionally talented artisans who have mastered a variety of unique stitches. They bring our designs to life with their skill and artistry.

Hand embroidery is renowned in India, especially in Gujarat, but it is not as widely practiced anymore. We are committed to embracing and preserving this special technique.

To be responsible, we use off-cut, recycled or deadstock materials to create our signature La Jambu bags for larger orders.

A key part of our brand is sourcing different fabrics for each collection, which brings a unique charm to every piece we create. We never use the same fabric repeatedly, ensuring each batch has its own distinct feel and texture.

We work with skilled artisans who specialise in crafting with locally sourced Makrana marble, renowned for its quality and colour.

Each piece is completely handcrafted, and the natural variations in the marble, along with the intricate, detailed designs, make each item unique. We design our products to be exceptionally heavy and high-quality, with no corners cut, ensuring they can be passed down through generations.
