Please note, since the piece was created uniquely for you, we are unable to offer a refund or return on this service.
When creating La Jambu, it was always important to us that our products were made from natural materials. Due to this, slight variations and imperfections are to be expected. These unique qualities, such as marble veining or cotton pulp in our handmade paper, are inherent to the materials that we use and add to the individuality of each piece.
All of our products are carefully handcrafted by artisans, not made in factories. We strongly believe in the value of human touch and character in each piece, which means every item will have its own unique charm and individuality. We encourage you to embrace the imperfections and variations, as they are a natural part of the handmade process and a true reflection of our brand ethos.
For the first time since launching La Jambu, we are now offering wholesale to select retailers.

We want you to be happy with your pieces for years to come. If you're not fully satisfied, here's what to know:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a full refund. Items must be returned in its original/saleable condition. Return postage is at your cost.
Email us at hello@lajambu.co.uk with your order number to get started. We'll provide the return address. Use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage for safety.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
In the unlikely event that any defects, damages, or wrong items are received, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
